My name is Sarah McKeaig and I am the sole practitioner at Clarity Within Counseling.

At Clarity Within Counselling, I offer a warm and welcoming space to help you gain clarity and insight into yourself. My services are tailored for individual counselling for adults, and I bring extensive experience in supporting people across various challenges and stages of life. Alongside my private practice, I have worked as a counsellor with Dementia Australia, supporting people living with dementia, their carers and families through some of life's most challenging transitions. This experience has given me a deep understanding of grief, loss, identity, caregiving and the emotional impact of change.
